Bamboo Sheet Roll forming is continuous bending operation in which a long strip of metal sheet (usually steel coils, like PPGI, PPGL, GI, PPGL, BGL, Aluminum etc.) passes through sets of rolls mounted on consecutives stand each set performing only an incremental part of the bend, until the desired cross-section profile is obtained. Roofing sheet roll forming machine consists of an automatic Decoiler feeding guide, roll forming unit, hydraulic cutter with PLC base control system. Bamboo Profile Roll Forming is a specialized manufacturing process that involves shaping flat metal sheets into profiled sheets with raised ribs. This process enhances the strength and rigidity of the sheets, making them ideal for a wide range of applications, including the production of Bamboo Roof Sheets.
Bamboo Profile Roll Forming Machine can be setup in various corrugations to punch & cut off products in a continuous operation.
Cut a part to length, the line can be set up to use a pre cut die where a single blank runs through the roll mill, or a post cut die where the profile is cutoff after the roll forming. Variable in size to achieved the distance between the roll variations by manual or computerized control system.
Machine can produce different design – Shape in a single roll.
