ROLL FORMING MACHINES
JSEP has been designing and building Roll Forming Machine at our Faridabad factory since 1981. Every machine we manufacture from roofing sheet formers to C/Z purlin lines is built for heavy industrial use, tested before dispatch, and backed by our on-site installation and support team. We work with manufacturers, contractors, and project developers who need reliable production lines, not just equipment.
Roofing & Cladding Machines
Our roofing and cladding machines form HI-RIB, Trapezoidal, Tile Profile, Liner, Standing Seam, and Glazed Tile profiles from PPGI, GI, Aluminium, and Galvalume coils. Machines in this range handle material thickness from 0.3mm to 0.8mm and are designed for continuous production runs in both factory and on-site conditions. Each machine is built at our Faridabad facility and can be configured for single or double-layer output depending on your project requirement.
Purlin & Structural Profile Machines
Our structural forming machines cover C Purlin, Z Purlin, Deck Profile, Container Profile, and V-Angle lines. These machines process HR and CR steel coil from 1.5mm to 3.0mm thickness and are used in pre-engineered buildings, warehouses, and industrial sheds. Most models include automatic punching and hydraulic cutting as standard, with PLC controls available across the range.
Specialized Forming Machines
This range includes machines for applications that standard roll formers cannot handle — PUF sandwich panel lines, W-beam and Thrie-beam highway guardrail machines, sheet crimping and curving machines for arched roofing, and bamboo profile formers. These are built to order and can be customized to match specific profile drawings or international guardrail standards.
Coil Processing & Handling Machines
A complete roll forming line needs more than just the forming machine. Our auxiliary range covers Hydraulic and Manual Decoilers for coil weights from 3 to 10 tonnes, Slitting Lines for splitting wide coil into narrower strips, Cut-to-Length machines for precision sheet cutting, and Hydraulic Press Brakes for bending and folding. These can be supplied as standalone units or integrated into a full production line alongside any of our forming machines.

EN-31 Hardened Rollers & Chrome Plated
Every forming roller we manufacture is made from EN-31 steel, hardened, ground, and chrome plated for a surface finish that lasts. This is not standard on cheaper machines — it means less wear, longer tool life, and consistent profile dimensions even after years of production.
Delta PLC with 7-inch HMI Touchscreen
Our machines run on Delta PLC automation with a 7-inch HMI touchscreen. Operators can set cut lengths, batch counts, and production speeds without manual adjustment. This reduces human error and makes the machine usable even by semi-skilled operators.
Built and tested in Faridabad before dispatch
Every machine is assembled, run under full load, and inspected at our Faridabad factory before shipping. We do not supply machines from third-party fabricators. If a tolerance is out, we correct it before it reaches you, not after.
