We specialize in high-tensile Bare Galvalume (AZ150) and Colour Coated PPGL profiles, utilizing prime coils from JSW Steel and Tata BlueScope. By eliminating exposed screws, our concealed-fastener systems are the preferred choice for PEB warehouses, airport terminals, and modern infrastructure projects across India.

Traditional trapezoidal roofing relies on screw-down fasteners, which eventually degrade, rust, and leak. The JSE Standing Seam system eliminates this critical failure point.

Zero Exposed Fasteners: Panels are anchored to the purlins using concealed Halter Clips. Because the metal surface is never pierced by screws, water ingress and rust at fastening points are mathematically impossible.

Thermal Expansion (Floating Roof Design): Indian industrial roofs experience extreme thermal stress. Our sliding clip system allows the entire metal roof to expand and contract freely, preventing panel distortion and fastener shear.

Unmatched Wind Uplift Resistance: Using our heavy-duty Roof Seamer, the continuous vertical ribs are mechanically locked (Single or Double Fold), creating a monolithic shield capable of withstanding cyclonic wind loads.

Low-Slope Capability: The high seam and watertight interlocking mechanism allow for installation on very low roof pitches (as low as 1.5 degrees) without the risk of hydrostatic water pooling.

Metal Roof Seamer Machines in India

A Roof Seamer, also known as a roof panel seamer or roof seam closer, is a specialized machine used in the construction industry to join and secure Standing Seam Roof Sheets together. It plays a crucial role in creating watertight and weather-resistant seams between adjacent roofing panels, ensuring the integrity of the roof and preventing leaks.

The Roof seamer operates by folding and crimping the edges of the roofing panels, effectively interlocking them and creating a strong bond. This process not only enhances the structural stability of the roof but also provides an aesthetically pleasing finish. Roof seamers are commonly used in metal roofing systems, especially in standing seam roofs, where the panels are designed to overlap vertically, creating a continuous and seamless appearance.

They are essential tools for achieving durable and long-lasting metal roofing installations that can withstand various weather conditions and environmental challenges.

Commercial Construction:

Ideal for commercial buildings, ensuring both functionality and a visually appealing facade.

Residential Projects:

Enhance the curb appeal of homes with roofing sheets that offer durability and aesthetic versatility.

Industrial Facilities:

Provide reliable protection for industrial structures against the elements.

Transporting roofing sheets longer than 12 meters is logistically impossible. For mega-projects requiring continuous, joint-free spans of 50 to 100+ meters, JSE Projects deploys its Mobile Standing Seam Roll Forming Machines directly to your construction site.

  • Zero End-Laps: Extrude continuous panels directly onto the roof structure.

  • Faster Execution: Eliminate transport delays and material damage.

  • Turnkey Supply: We provide the metal coils, the roll forming machine, and the mechanical roof seamers for your contractors.

FAQ

  • Can Standing Seam be made from Galvalume?
  • Does a standing seam roof leak?
  • Do you supply the Roof Seaming Machine as well?
Can Standing Seam be made from Galvalume?

Yes. In fact, Bare Galvalume (AZ150) and Colour Coated PPGL are the most durable and cost-effective materials for standing seam roofs in India, offering superior rust resistance without the high cost of aluminium.

Does a standing seam roof leak?

No. Because the panels are joined by raised interlocking seams and fixed with concealed clips rather than exposed screws, there are no holes in the roof deck for water to penetrate.

Do you supply the Roof Seaming Machine as well?

Yes, JSE Projects is a leading manufacturer of Roll Forming Machinery. We supply the mechanical Roof Seamers required to crimp and lock the standing seam panels during installation.
