
The line is built to process Cold Rolled Coil (CRC) with coil widths from 1250 mm to 1520 mm and sheet thicknesses from 1.00 mm to 1.80 mm. A heavy-duty Sheet Straightener at the entry point eliminates coil set and camber before the material reaches the forming zone, guaranteeing every sheet enters the rollers perfectly flat, which is the foundation of consistent profile accuracy in truck body panel manufacturing.
The sheet passes through 16–18 dedicated forming stations, each driven by a heavy-duty Worm Gear Box. Our steel rollers form high-tensile HR/CR coils without surface scoring which is critical for truck body and container panels that receive downstream paint or anti-corrosion treatment.
At the heart of the machine is an intelligent control panel powered by a Siemens PLC and a Delta 7-inch Touchscreen. JSEPROJECTS Truck Body Roll Forming line delivers an automated, seamless, and highly profitable manufacturing experience with a repeatable cut-length accuracy of ± 2 mm.
