The process begins with our high-capacity Double Head De-Coiler, designed to safely manage heavy coils up to 6 MT. As the material feeds into the machine, it is guided through an advanced alignment system. The roll former is engineered to effortlessly process material thicknesses ranging from 0.35 mm to 0.55 mm with yield strengths up to 350 Mpa, making it highly versatile for different regional roofing requirements.
To form the perfect step tile profile, the sheet passes through 22 dedicated forming stations. Driven by a heavy-duty worm gearbox and supported by premium Ball bearings, the mechanical flow is perfectly synchronized with our advanced hydraulic stamping and cutting system.
At the heart of the machine is an intelligent control panel powered by a Siemens PLC and a 7-inch Delta HMI touchscreen. From the moment the coil is loaded to the final hydraulic cut using premium HCHCR blades, the JSEPROJECTS Tile Profile line delivers an automated, seamless, and highly profitable manufacturing experience.
